Those who have booked a 2025 Musica Viva Australia In Schools performance will have access to our Professional Development Webinars. Each Ensemble touring in 2025 will have its own webinar session designed to guide you through the online teaching and learning resources.
Join a Musica Viva Australia presenter and discover how you can best utilise our curriculum-aligned activities and student learning journeys. Most webinars will offer the unique opportunity to meet a musician from the ensemble and ask any questions you might have!
Registrations are now open. We recommend booking early to avoid missing out. We are unable to record these webinars for distribution.
Completing a Musica Viva Australia in Schools PD Webinar will contribute 1 hour and 30 minutes of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and assessment of NSW Curriculum/Early Years Learning Framework addressing Standard Descriptor(s) 2.1.2 ticked from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher in NSW. Please note, PD Webinars Life is an Echo, El Camino and Music of the World are not NESA Accredited.
Wyniss only: Completing Musica Viva Australia PD Webinar-Wyniss will contribute 1 hour and 30 minutes of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Aboriginal education and supporting Aboriginal students/children addressing Standard Page 2 of 2 Descriptor(s) 2.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
For ACT teachers PD Webinars, El Camino and Moon Radio Hour are TQI approved for 2 hours.
