Rio Tinto: WA Education Partner

Rio Tinto continues to support Musica Viva In Schools (MVIS) and underpins the reach of our programs into regional and metropolitan schools and Rio Tinto communities across Western Australia. Rio Tinto had previously taken the lead in supporting the development of the MVIS Digital Classroom and the indigenous ensemble Dätiwuy Dreaming.


Wesfarmers Arts: Perth Concert Series Partner

For over 20 years Wesfarmers Arts has partnered with Musica Viva in support of the International Concert Series at Perth Concert Hall. More recently Wesfarmers Arts’ support has extended into facilitating access for students to concerts, Musica Viva In Schools and masterclass activities in Perth.  As one of the first companies to recognise the value of multi-year partnerships, their longstanding and responsive support is greatly valued.


Dixon Advisory: Coffee Concerts Partner

Dixon Advisory were our first Coffee Concerts Partner in Sydney and Melbourne, and now Dixon Advisory clients are regular attendees at these concerts whilst Musica Viva ensemble performances have become a regular feature of their annual Investor Days. The partnership has evolved into areas not dreamed of at its inception, and now extend into many areas including Musica Viva In Schools in NSW and special needs teacher forums.


Catalyst- Australian Arts and Culture Fund

Thanks to the support of the Federal Government through the Department of Communications and the Arts Catalyst- Australian Arts and Culture Fund, Musica Viva In Schools is able to develop and tour a new Torres Strait Island Ensemble from 2018 and in conjunction, develop leading digital teaching resources which will empower teachers to teach First Nations content in the classroom.


Tim Fairfax Family Foundation

The Tim Fairfax Family Foundation is supporting Musica Viva In Schools to deliver a regional engagement program in Far West Queensland and the Northern Territory between 2016-2018. This includes Live Performance Plus touring, students and community workshops.


Thyne Reid Foundation

The Thyne Reid Foundation has been a long-term supporter of Musica Viva particularly for Musica Viva In Schools in South Australia. Currently the Foundation (along with a consortium of other donors) supports an extended residency at Alberton Primary School and previously have supported SA regional touring of Musica Viva In Schools musicians to disadvantaged schools.
