Musica Viva Australia is committed to being a welcoming, accessible and diverse organisation – one that champions and celebrates everyone in our broad community and creates space for all Australians to enjoy music and participate in music-making.
Booking information
We want booking to be as easy as possible. To book accessible seating please call us on 1800 688 482 or email boxoffice@musicaviva.com.au so we can reserve the right seats for your needs.
We offer a range of discounted tickets to make our performances more accessible, including concessions, student rush, family tickets, group bookings and under 40s tickets.
We accept the Companion Card for free entry of support people.
Accessible Music Education
We work closely with specialist educators and schools to make Music Education accessible for diverse access needs students. To discuss which Musica Viva Australia In Schools shows are most suitable for your students’ needs please call us on 1300 663 608 or email contact@musicaviva.com.au.
Our Equal Music program provides financial assistance for low ICSEA and small schools, and for students facing financial or geographical barriers that would otherwise prohibit them from participating.
Venue access
Musica Viva Australia works with leading venues across the country to provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors. Each venue provides its own detailed accessibility guide.

AEI External Advisory Group and Internal Working Group
Musica Viva Australia's External Advisory Group includes individuals with lived and professional experience in the focus areas of the AEI Plan, as well as having connections to MVA and the broader music sector. The group meets four times a year and provides the company with valuable advice and feedback.
In 2025-2026, the External Advisory Group comprises:

The Internal Working Group includes staff from across the company who meet regularly to support the successful delivery of the AEI Plan. Regular reporting on the progress of the AEI Plan is undertaken twice a year to the Board and staff.
