We are delighted to offer you delicious dining options at the Musica Viva Festival.

PRE-CONCERT DINNERS

We are pleased to announce the Sydney Conservatorium's caterers of choice, Fast Fuel, have designed an exciting and delicious menu for each of the 3 nights of the Festival. On Thursday 25, Friday 26 and Saturday 27 April you will have the opportunity to wine and dine in the Music Café before your concert.

For just $45 you will receive your choice of entree and main, followed by tea and coffee with homemade petit fours. Sit back and enjoy your meal with your choice of Huntington Estate wine, beer or soft drink.

Thursday Night menu

ENTRÉE CHOICES:

Citrus cured salmon, pickled cucumber, avocado, chilli, baby herbs and mirin dressing

Roast carrots, ricotta, burnt aubergine, fennel and spiced crumbs

Salad of confit duck, watercress, sugar snaps with honey and hazelnut dressing

MAIN CHOICES:

Angus beef fillet, potato cake, spring vegetables and peppercorn jus       

Crispy skin salmon, heirloom tomato, spinach and olive oil mash

Creamed cauliflower puree, grilled polenta, green asparagus & brown butter almond jus

Dark chocolate brownie, lemon & coconut ball, spiced almond cookie

Grilled asparagus, yellow beets, white quinoa and cashew miso cream

Poached veal, tuna aioli, quail egg, shaved parmesan and crispy capers

Seared tuna, citrus, ginger, pickled fennel and crunchy baby leaves

MAIN CHOICES:

Roasted chicken breast, cauliflower puree, broad beans and amaranth

Crusted lamb, charred eggplant puree, couscous, yoghurt and pickled cucumber

Sweet potato gnocchi, charred eggplant, baby carrots, and vegetable jus

Orange & white chocolate brownie, biscotti bites, limoncello meringue

Braised beef cheek, celeriac puree, crispy bacon and sautéed mushrooms

Pan seared barramundi, chorizo, baby leeks and caramelized garlic
