Charles Graham (NSW) - Chairman

B.Eng. (Hons)(SYD), B.Com (SYD), M.Tech (Deakin), MBA (Harvard). Investment Banker at Gresham Partners.  Prior to joining Gresham, Charlie was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in New York.  Director of Gresham Partners Holdings Limited, Honorary Treasurer of The Harvard Club of Australia, Director of HCA Philanthropy Pty Limited, Director of Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife. Director since 14 October 2012.

Tom Breen (NSW)

B.A. (Sydney). Executive Chairman and CEO of Breen Holdings operating in property development, land rehabilitation and waste management.  Formerly (1981-2006) Tom Breen was founder and Managing Director of Status Resources Australia, an advisory firm for the international development of industrial minerals.  He has worked extensively in Australia, Asia, the US and Europe, and in the 1990s was a guest of the United Nations and speaker at the Economic Commission for Asia & the Pacific, in China.  Tom was a member of the Council of the Employers Federation of NSW.  He studied piano at the Sydney Conservatorium and has a life long interest in music.  Director since 29 August 2013.

Katherine Grinberg (NSW)

BCom. LLB. Lawyer. Prior to establishing her legal practice, Katherine was the in-house counsel for the Stockland Trust Group.  Board member, Rose Bay War Memorial Reserve Trust. Honorary solicitor to a number of non-profit organisations including Pinchgut Opera and Liszt Society. Director since 1 January 2015.

Andrew Page (NSW)

B.Bus, B.Arts, M.Comm. Private Banker, Credit Suisse Private Bank since 2012. Previous, Macquarie Bank from 2005. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Director since 1 January 2016.

Judy Potter (SA)

Over 30 years’ experience as a CEO and Board Director.  Current Board positions: Chairperson, Adelaide Festival Corporation and the Adelaide Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium.  Previous boards include: Chairperson, Adelaide Fringe Festival, South Australian Film Corporation, Adelaide Central School of Art, Hillcrest Trust Fund, Community Grants Fund Director, Come Out Youth Arts Festival, Duke of Edinburgh Award and South Australian Living Artists Week (SALA).  Former CEO of SA Great, Carclew Youth Arts Centre and the South Australian Youth Arts Board.  Judy is a Director of Musica Viva, and State President of South Australian Musica Viva Committee since 2012.

Professor Margaret Seares AO (WA)

MA PhD (UWA). Recently named as one of Western Australia’s most influential people in the field of Arts & Entertainment, Margaret Seares is a former Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor at The University of Western Australia, retiring from that position at the end of 2008. She holds a PhD in Music, and also played the harpsichord professionally during her earlier academic career. She has extensive experience in arts administration, having been Head of the School of Music at UWA from 1993-1995, CEO of the Western Australian Department for the Arts from 1995-1997, and Chair of the Australia Council from 1997-2001. In 2005 she chaired the important National Review into School Music Education. Former Chair of the Perth International Arts Festival until 2016, current director of Synergy, Bond University, and Education Investment Fund. Also a member of the WA Artistic Review Panel for Musica Viva Australia. In 2003 she was made Officer of the Order of Australia by the Australian Government for services to the arts and education and in 2013 she was awarded the Gold Medal by the Australian Institute of Company Directors (WA). Director since 21 May 2016.

Darren Taylor (VIC)

BBus BA (Swinburne). Darren Taylor is Managing Director and Head of Strategy for Melbourne-based brand agency Taylor & Grace. Formerly of ArtWords, where he worked with the University of Melbourne, ARC Special Research Centres and important not-for-profit organisations such as Centacare, Kildonan and Mental Illness Fellowship Victoria before starting his own agency. An accomplished pianist and pipe organist who served on the board of Chamber Music Australia, having previously been a Musica Viva Victorian Committee member. Darren is a pro-bono adviser to the Indigenous Art Code and Koala Kids, and a mentor to young marketing professionals. His other interests include the visual arts, theatre, fashion, the Melbourne restaurant scene and stimulating conversation. Director since 21 May 2016.
