Renewing subscribers

+ Renewals close 17 October, 2008.

+ Simply fill out your personalised renewal form sent with the season brochure and return it in the reply paid envelope. If you did not receive a renewal form, please contact our Patron Services on 1800 688 482 (toll free). Your existing seats will be held until 17 October, 2008.Renewals can be made securely online at musicaviva.com.au.

New subscribers

+ Simply fill out the booking form at the back of the brochure and return to us. Alternatively, book online at: musicaviva.com.au. Seating is allocated in order of receipt (first come, first served!).

+ Gold subscriptions sent via mail must be recieved two weeks prior to the first concert in each city. We welcome subscriptions after this time bytelephoning 1800 688 482.

+ DIY Subscriptions are available throughout the year. You will receive the best seating available at the time of booking.

Please remember to

+ Include the forms of anyone else with whom you wish to be seated. Subscribers wishing to sit together must send their forms in together.

+ Provide us with contact details for accompanying subscribers so they can receive a VivaCard and enjoy all their subscription benefits.
