Important dates
• Subscription renewals close FRI 19 OCTOBER, 2007

Renewing subscribers – renewals close Friday 19 October 2007.
Renewals can be made securely online.
Renewing subscribers can also fill out the personalised renewal form sent with the season brochure and return it in the reply paid envelope. If you did not receive a renewal form, please contact Patron Services on 1800 688 482 (toll free). Your existing seats will be held until Friday 19 October 2007.

New subscribers
Simply fill out the booking form at the back of the brochure and return it to us. Alternatively, book online at musicaviva.com.au. Seating is allocated in order of receipt (first come, first served!).
• New Gold subscribers must book two weeks prior to the fi rst concert in their state.
• DIY subscriptions are available throughout the year. You will receive the best available seating at the time of booking.

Please remember to:
• Send the forms of anyone else with whom you wish to be seated. Subscribers wishing to sit together must send their forms in together.
• Provide us with contact details for accompanying subscribers, so they can receive a VivaCard and enjoy all their subscription benefits.

Payment options
If paying by credit card, you have the option of paying in two instalments. Your credit card will be charged:
1 half of the total amount on receipt of your order, and
2 the balance on Tuesday 8 January 2008.
Subscribers using the part-payment system will be sent all tickets after the fi rst instalment has been paid.
